Lynn LilianJONESPassed away peacefully in a care home on November 4th, 2021, aged 82 years. Much loved mum and cherished Nana & Great Nana. Also a dear friend to many. Lynn will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Monday November 22nd at St Thomas's Church, Holt St, Hillgate Stockport at 1.30pm followed by committal at Stockport Crematorium, Rowan Chapel.
